Booked provides multiple ways to browse availability and book resources.
The core view is the Schedule, which offers a grid layout showing resource availability. Booked also provides the ability to search for open times, calendar views, browsing reservation events, and a visual map view.
From any of these interfaces, creating a new reservation will open a new reservation page. Here, you can specify the date and time, invite others, and set other details such as title and description.
On the schedule view, Booked offers a “quick add” option where only required information will be collected. This option keeps the schedule view open and reservation details are available in a small popup window. Quick Add can be enabled in your Profile settings in the Application Preferences section.
