Booked can automatically add and update Zoom meetings as part of reservations.
Linking Zoom Account #
Zoom integration requires that you link your Zoom account with Booked. You can do this when creating or updating a reservation. To do so, add a Meeting Link, select Zoom, then click “Link” for your Zoom account. Alternatively, you can link your Zoom account from your profile.
After linking your account, each time you select Zoom as the Meeting Link type, Zoom meetings will be tied to your reservations.
Unlinking Zoom Account #
You can unlink your Zoom account at any time from your profile.
Zoom Limitations #
Reservations made or updated on behalf of another user will not sync with Zoom. Bookings and updates must be done by the reservation owner to integration with Zoom.
Reservations managed through the API will not sync with Zoom.
Reservations that are altered as part of an automated process will not sync with Zoom. For example, if a reservation is automatically released due to missed checkin, the Zoom meeting will not be deleted.
